Chris joined Island Tech Services in January 2026, and currently works as a Helpdesk Technician. He responds to customer calls and support tickets and assists with setting up laptops and computers. Prior to joining ITS, Chris gained two years of experience as an IT Service Desk Analyst at SUNY Oneonta while completing his studies. He has always had a strong interest in technology, which led him to pursue hands-on IT work early on. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, cooking new foods, and spending time with family and friends, who have been an important source of support throughout his education and career journey.
