Chris Caramico

Chris joined Island Tech Services in January 2025 as the new Vice President of Operations. In this role, Chris oversees the operations of our upfitting shops, ensuring top-tier performance and innovation at each location. In January 2026, he became the new Executive Vice President of Business Operations. In his expanded role, Chris will continue to help us scale efficiently while maintaining the high standards our clients expect. His proven leadership, operational insight, and ability to bridge business and technology make him exceptionally well suited to guide this integrated structure.
