Amy Minnick

Amy began working at Empire Emergency in September 2023 as a temporary employee and transitioned to a full-time role in January 2024. Her roll was to do all accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, help with HR, and reception with a shop size of 21 people. When Empire was acquired by Island Tech Services in November 2024, she joined the ITS team, where she now supports Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable across the entire organization while continuing to assist with Empire-related responsibilities. Amy's background is rooted in accounting, with experience across construction, manufacturing, and automotive industries. She also spent many years working in a family-owned automotive business, from 1990 until its sale in 2005. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, traveling, and kayaking. Amy and her husband share their adventures through their YouTube channel, Camping Companions, as they explore destinations throughout New York and other states including PA, OH, NH, VT, KY, TN, WV, DE, MI, ME and even Canada.
