Afia Arneja

Afia joined ITS in July 2026 as the Vice President of Sales. She leads our sales strategies to drive business growth, develop our sales teams and build lasting client relationships. Before joining Island Tech Services, she spent over 30 years in leadership, sales and business development in the automotive industry. Throughout her career she has focused on building strategic partnerships, developing and leading high performance sales teams and creating exceptional customer experiences. Outside of work Afia enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling to see loved ones overseas, cooking and entertaining, listening to music and enjoying nights out dancing.
